Observer Design Pattern (Implementation in JS)

A real-world example of the Pub/Sub Pattern. A township with several hundred households. Each house would need some basic necessities like electricity, water, gas. There would be a municipal corporation that would be providing these facilities to each house. A house owner who wants to avail these facilities would have to subscribe for each facility that they need with the municipal corporation.
