Clyde Grossman, co-founder of Interactive Studio Management (ISM), has passed away. The news was shared by Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch via LinkedIn. ISM, which has operated for over 26 years and closed over 400 publishing deals, played a pivotal role in the game industry — helping broker deals for titles like Battlefield, Eternal Darkness, and supporting studios like Larian and Digital Extremes. Grossman also held senior roles at Sony Computer Entertainment of America, Microprose, and Sega of America. Karch remembered him as a mentor and friend who guided Saber through difficult business situations.
