This month I dealt with the issue of losing a developer within a company. There are various aspects to consider in order to prevent this from happening, so that both companies and individuals can benefit.

I think there mainly 3 aspects why devs leave jobs:

<li>Shitty pay or no raise</li>
<li>Bored of fixing bugs, cant get any interesting projects or new ways to learn and expand their knowledge.</li>

Prevent all these 3 from happening and you will keep your devs happy and they will stay for ever and ever and ever
