visioncortex/vtracer: Raster to Vector Graphics Converter

VTracer is an open-source raster to vector graphics converter built on top of visioncortex. It can handle colored high-resolution scans and produce compact vector files. It is implemented in Rust and offers both a web app and a cmd app. Possible future developments include path simplification, perfect cut-out mode, pencil tracing, and image cleaning.
