The family includes four configurations: the IGX T5000 SoM, IGX T7000 Board Kit, and two Developer Kits. Key highlights include up to 8x higher AI compute vs. the previous IGX Orin generation, dual 200 GbE networking via ConnectX-7 SmartNIC with GPU Direct RDMA, real-time Linux kernel support, Multi-Instance GPU partitioning, and ISO 26262/IEC 61508 functional safety compliance targeting ASIL D/SIL 3. The platform supports up to 10-year lifecycle with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software stack. Jetson T5000 and IGX T5000 are pin- and software-compatible, enabling seamless migration.
