NVIDIA and ComfyUI Streamline Local AI Video Generation for Game Developers and Creators at GDC

NVIDIA announced several AI video generation updates at GDC 2026 targeting game developers and creators. ComfyUI gains a new App View with a simplified interface for non-technical users, while retaining the full node-based workflow. RTX Video Super Resolution is now available as a ComfyUI node and a free Python package on PyPI, enabling 4K upscaling 30x faster than alternative local upscalers. New NVFP4 and FP8 model variants for FLUX.2 Klein and LTX-2.3 deliver up to 2.5x performance gains and 60% lower VRAM usage on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs. Additional GDC announcements include DLSS 4.5 Multi Frame Generation updates, RTX Remix Advanced Particle VFX, and LM Studio integration with DGX Spark.
