Nuxt UI v3.0 introduces significant improvements including the migration from Headless UI to Rekka UI for better accessibility, Tailwind CSS v4 integration for faster build times and smaller bundle sizes, full compatibility with Vue projects, a new design system for consistent styling, an expanded component library with more flexibility, and improved TypeScript integration for type safety and autocompletion.

Nuxt UI v3 is out ✨

NUXT 3 + raw tailwind 4 give you enough for development. Not sure why this exist. Yesterday played with it - too many bugs related to postCSS, tons of config nuances and not such flexible such a raw tailwind. So you get difficulties and limitations without any tangible advantages to compensate for the disadvantages. DELETED.

I gave it a try.
After setting up config of components to correspond with UX design, I figured that it is possible with ease but unnecessary overhead.
More KIS components would be only tailwind or native styles only with less effort.
Use it styled as is with some custom alignments or lose time to override config of something that is not in there by default.
