Gradle is opening up GitHub Issues for community bug reports and feature requests, replacing its previous JIRA-based system. Effective immediately, users can submit issues via GitHub, with reactions used as a voting mechanism and ZenHub for project management. JIRA issues will be migrated to GitHub after Gradle 3.2, and the bugs forum will become read-only. The team also commits to acknowledging pull requests within a week using GitHub's built-in review tools.
