Pulumi

Pulumi's journaling feature, which speeds up operations by up to 20x, is now generally available and enabled by default for all Pulumi Cloud organizations. No opt-in is required — just upgrade to Pulumi CLI v3.225.0+. The improvement works by sending only per-operation state changes in parallel instead of full snapshots, benefiting pulumi up, destroy, and refresh commands. Real-world data shows median update time improvements of 25.3% for smaller stacks and 60.2% for larger stacks (100+ resources), with p99 improvements reaching 92.6%.
