Notion just turned its workspace into a hub for AI agents

Notion has launched a new developer platform that transforms its workspace into an AI agent orchestration hub. Key features include Workers (a cloud-based environment for deploying custom code in secure sandboxes), database sync to pull live data from external sources like Salesforce and Postgres via APIs, and support for external AI agents including Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. Teams can now connect external agents, build custom tools with MCP or custom logic, and manage all agents from within Notion. The platform is accessible via a Notion CLI and is available on Business and Enterprise plans, with Workers free through August.
