Node.js 24.11.0 has transitioned into Long Term Support with the codename 'Krypton', receiving updates until April 2028. This release includes no functional changes from 24.10.0, only metadata updates. A known issue exists where Buffer.allocUnsafe unintentionally returns zero-filled buffers instead of uninitialized memory, which will be fixed in the next release.
