By now, nodejs just grows into a messy legacy monster that wants to keep up with the cool boys. A half-hearted support of TypeScript while still promoting (by supporting) CJS code is good for nobody. Just <code>const</code> bun / deno have that domain. We need less “can do it all, somewhat okay-ish” messy tools.
