but isn’t terraform already for developers?

So it’s like pulumi but came out later?

Terraform’s been a game-changer for IaC, no doubt. It’s cool to see how IfC is pushing things even further. Definitely exciting to see where this is headed for devs working in cloud-native environments. Thanks for sharing

Terraform uses Yaml. Yaml allows you to write comments. You do not need another language to write clean documentation.
Also, if you’re a large enough entity that you distinguish your application development team from your devops team, you don’t need your application developers designing infrastructure. That’s what your devops team is for.

But Terraform is Terraform for developers.
