New Relic has launched the New Relic Agentic Platform, a no-code tool that lets enterprises deploy and manage pre-built AI agents focused on data observability — catching bugs and issues before they impact products. The platform supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and integrates with existing New Relic tools. Separately, New Relic updated its APM agents with OpenTelemetry (OTel) capabilities, enabling enterprises to manage OTel data streams alongside other data sources in a single place, addressing fragmentation that had slowed enterprise OTel adoption.
