Linux 7.0-rc3 receives new x86 platform driver additions covering several hardware vendors. ASUS Armoury driver gains support for the TUF Gaming A14 2025 (FA401UM), ROG Strix SCAR 17 (G733QS), and ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 2022 (GX650RX). HP WMI driver adds support for Omen and Victus laptop models. Intel HID driver adds Dell 14 and Dell 16 Plus 2-in-1 to the DMI VGBS allow list and fixes the 5-button array on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold 16 Gen 1. OneXPlayer EC driver now covers X1 Air, X1z, APEX, and Aokzoe A2 Pro. Additional fixes include preventing hex dumping of plain text passwords in dell-wmi-sysman and G-Mode support for Alienware M18 laptops.
