NetBox Labs CMDB Integration for ServiceNow Hits the Store with v2.0

NetBox Labs has released v2.0 of its CMDB Integration for ServiceNow, now certified on the ServiceNow Store. The redesigned integration features bidirectional, event-driven sync between NetBox and ServiceNow CMDB, with data stored in an isolated scoped application that doesn't modify core ServiceNow tables. Key capabilities include flexible CI class mapping, full location hierarchy sync, tenant configuration, and support for three sync patterns (NetBox as SOR, ServiceNow as SOR, or hybrid). It supports migration from v1.x, installs via ServiceNow's Application Manager, and is compatible with NetBox Cloud and NetBox Enterprise deployments.
