Neon Now Runs in VS Code

Neon Local Connect is a new VS Code extension that allows developers to connect to Neon database branches using a static localhost connection string. The extension eliminates the need for local PostgreSQL setup by using a Docker-based proxy to route traffic from localhost to cloud-hosted Neon branches.
