Pulumi Neo, the AI infrastructure agent previously available only in Pulumi Cloud, is now accessible via the terminal through the `pulumi neo` command. Running locally, Neo inherits your existing CLI authentications, environment variables, kubeconfigs, and current project context without additional setup. It supports interactive paired sessions, approval and permission modes, Plan Mode, and the full integration catalog. Neo can also receive delegated tasks from other AI agents like Claude Code or Codex via a handoff skill. The feature ships with the latest Pulumi CLI and requires a `pulumi login` to get started.
