Key themes include addressing public hesitancy around AI reliability and HIPAA-compliant data security, the potential for AI to reduce clinician burnout through documentation assistance and decision support, and recommendations such as consulting healthcare professionals, keeping models updated with local data, avoiding fully autonomous models, and creating safety evaluation frameworks. The response also highlights a growing urban-rural 'AI gap' and recommends three research priorities: AI-driven clinical decision support, human-AI collaboration, and evaluation frameworks for AI deployment trajectories.
