Natter, a London-based startup, has raised a $23M Series A led by Renegade Partners to scale its AI-moderated video conversation platform for enterprises. The platform replaces traditional surveys and focus groups by running structured video sessions with up to 20,000 participants simultaneously. A seven-minute session generates over 1,000 words of usable data versus roughly ten words from a typical survey response. The AI layer processes conversations in parallel, surfacing themes, sentiment, and priorities within hours. Founded in 2021 by former BBC, Uber, Google, Salesforce, and Deloitte executives, Natter pivoted from a virtual watercooler concept to enterprise insight gathering. The company plans to triple its headcount by end of 2026.
