Naspers has announced the passing of Steve Pacak, a long-serving executive and non-executive director who spent nearly four decades with the group. Pacak joined M-Net in 1988, rose to become group financial director, and later served on the boards of both Naspers and its Amsterdam-listed sister company Prosus. Naspers chairman Koos Bekker paid tribute to his financial acumen, business knowledge, and personal integrity.
