AWS Multi-party approval (MPA) now supports approval team baselining, allowing MPA administrators to run test approval sessions to verify that their approval teams are correctly configured, active, and reachable. Administrators can manually initiate test sessions via the AWS Organizations console to check approver availability, identify inactive members, and maintain governance compliance. AWS recommends running these baseline checks every 90 days. The feature is available in all AWS commercial regions.
