MuleSoft launched Agent Scanners, a feature that automatically discovers and catalogs AI agents across platforms like Copilot, Vertex AI, Bedrock, and Agentforce. The tool addresses agent sprawl by synchronizing detected agents with Agent Registry, providing CIOs visibility into fragmented AI deployments. Agent Scanners extracts metadata to support governance, cost optimization, and reuse, shifting agent management from static inventory to operational decision-making. The capability is currently in preview with general availability expected by end of January 2026.
