Calling Hibernate a web development tool seems a bit exaggerated to me: why not talk about log4j, Lombok? GWT has had 4 maintenance releases in the last 7 years; I wouldn’t have mentioned it as a product to focus on. Quarkus is not on the list, and it’s an area many are moving towards.
I have the feeling that weight has been given to technologies that were popular years ago (Struts, for example) and little to emerging technologies that are better structured for the web world.

I have been working in web development for 9 years, and I must say that although Java remains relevant, it is no longer as popular for front-end web development. Instead, it is more commonly used for web services or microservices on-premises or in the cloud. Other technologies have gained more prominence.
