Git is simple as long as you use it properly.

I don’t think that git is that complex that requires a “simple” version, it is already simple enough. Moreover, i would like to have fine control over the manager of my project instead of a simple manager. Best of luck to your project, tho.

Congrats on the 50 new stars. Interesting project. Well, when you know things it’s easy to forget the struggle that it took to learn them. I do remember git feeling daunting at one time. If this takes care of some of the more complicated edge cases, maybe it can even be good for seasoned pros. I still have to look up things with git sometimes, for instance, and it’s things I’ve done lots of times but just sparingly enough to not remember the exact syntax.

Documentation is not clear enough. Is Arya able to replace git, meaning it can uses git repos as well (considering it can use git clone)? Then is it kind of a git wrapper?
Why not creating an easier tool, that’s true git learning curve can be steep sometime even if it’s well community supported and included in several reputed IDE. Will see where Arya evolve, maybe there will be something. At this time, documentation is too light it’s hard to understand how to use it and how it will helps, and handle conflicts if several developers works on the same project at the same time, etc.
