Playtika is laying off 15% of its workforce (approximately 450 employees from a 3,000+ person company) and restructuring around AI-powered automation. CEO Robert Antokol stated the cuts will enable investment in growth titles and create leaner teams, with restructuring costs estimated at $12-15 million. This marks the third major round of layoffs since December 2022, when the mobile publisher previously cut 600 workers, followed by 300-400 layoffs in early 2024.
