GitHub Certified: Agentic AI Developer (beta) - Certifications

GitHub and Microsoft have announced a new beta certification called 'GitHub Certified: Agentic AI Developer' (exam GH-600). It targets professionals with expertise in deploying, operating, integrating, and governing AI agents within production SDLC workflows using GitHub as the control plane. Key competencies include operating agent workflows, supervising autonomous behavior with GitHub controls, configuring custom agents, coordinating multi-agent execution, and working with GitHub Copilot and MCP servers. The exam is currently in beta, with results released approximately eight weeks after the beta period ends.
