Designed for regulated industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and the public sector, the platform combines on-premises resilience and data sovereignty with cloud-linked microservices. Built on Mitel's Common Communication Framework, it supports data residency requirements, ensures communications continuity during outages, and provides an AI-enabled unified control plane spanning on-site and private cloud deployments. The platform is available now and was showcased at Enterprise Connect 2026.
