MIT and the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) have launched the MIT and HPI AI and Creativity Hub (MHACH), a 10-year collaboration funded by the Hasso Plattner Foundation. The initiative brings together MIT's School of Architecture and Planning, Schwarzman College of Computing, and Morningside Academy for Design with HPI to advance interdisciplinary research and education at the intersection of AI, design, and creativity. The hub will support named professorships, graduate fellowships, joint courses, workshops, hackathons, and summer exchanges, governed by a joint steering committee.
