Stripe's 'Minions' are fully unattended coding agents now responsible for over 1,300 merged pull requests per week—all agent-written, human-reviewed. Part 2 dives into the infrastructure behind them: cloud devboxes on AWS EC2 that provide parallelism, isolation, and predictability; a forked version of Block's Goose agent harness customized for unattended operation; 'blueprints'—a hybrid orchestration primitive mixing deterministic code nodes with free-running agent loops; scoped rule files (Cursor-compatible) for codebase context; and a centralized MCP server called Toolshed with ~500 internal tools.
