Zalando's jackson-datatype-money library has been archived and its JSR 354 monetary type support integrated into the official FasterXML jackson-datatypes-misc repository. The migration involved splitting the codebase into separate javax-money and moneta modules, renaming for clarity, obtaining a Corporate CLA, and aligning with FasterXML conventions. JSR 354 support is now available in Jackson 2.19.0 and 3.0.0. Existing users can migrate with a drop-in dependency swap and no code changes.
