Microsoft: Some Teams users can’t join meetings after Edge update

Microsoft has confirmed a bug introduced by a recent Microsoft Edge browser update that prevents some Windows users from joining scheduled Teams meetings or meetings via links. The incident is tracked under TM1288497. As a temporary workaround, Microsoft advises affected users to restart the Teams client. The company is still investigating diagnostic data and monitoring service changes to find a permanent fix. This follows two other recent Edge-related Teams issues: a broken right-click paste in chats and a service update that blocked Teams from launching entirely.
