Microsoft has acknowledged a known issue (WP1309017) where some Windows 365 users are unable to download and install Office on their Cloud PCs. The problem was introduced by a configuration change in a recent service update, first flagged on May 12. A fix is in development but deployment is expected to take time, with the next update scheduled for Friday. As a workaround, affected users can manually download Office directly from the Microsoft 365 website.
