Microsoft has decided to end production of Azure Kinect Developer Kit but will continue to make the technology available through partners. The company has licensed its pixel and sensor technology to Analog Devices and partnered with Orbbec, among others, to build depth cameras using their iToF technology. Orbbec has launched the Femto Bolt as an alternative to Azure Kinect Developer Kit and provides an SDK wrapper to support more features.
