Microsoft is participating in JavaOne 2026 (March 17–19, Redwood City) with a keynote and technical sessions focused on bringing AI into Java production environments. Sessions cover GitHub Copilot integration with Java tooling (CLI, SDK, plugins), building production-ready GenAI systems using open models with LangChain4j and RAG, and a Java SDK for Copilot enabling AI agent workflows with MCP server integration. Microsoft also highlights its contributions to the Java ecosystem including LangChain4j and Spring AI, and invites developers to JDConf 2026 on April 8–9.
