Rajesh Jha, Executive Vice President of Experiences + Devices at Microsoft, announced his retirement after 35+ years with the company, effective July 1st. He will transition into an advisory role. Succession plans include Perry Clarke, Charles Lamanna, Pavan Davuluri, and Ryan Roslansky becoming EVP direct reports to CEO Satya Nadella. Additional promotions include Jeff Teper to EVP, and Sumit Chauhan and Kirk Koenigsbauer to President. The full organizational cascade will be finalized before FY27 begins, with priorities around SFI, QEI, and Copilot remaining unchanged.
