Three Man Team is an open-source framework that structures AI coding workflows around three specialized agents: Architect, Builder, and Reviewer. Inspired by DeepMind research showing 3-5 agent teams outperform solo agents, it enforces clear role separation and artifact handoffs to prevent common AI coding failure modes like scope creep, token waste, and mid-task drift.
