Meta is watching workers’ clicks and keystrokes to train AI

Meta is launching an internal program called the Model Capability Initiative (MCI) to track employee keystrokes, mouse clicks, and computer activity to generate training data for its AI models. The initiative aims to capture real-world human-computer interaction patterns needed to train AI agents.
