Meta is replacing its Accounts Center with a new Meta Account system that unifies sign-in and settings management across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta AI glasses, and other Meta products. Users can set a single password protected by Passkeys, manage two-factor authentication centrally, and receive security recommendations. Parents gain a unified Family Center dashboard to supervise teens across Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and Meta Horizon. App-specific settings remain within each app, and users are not forced to link all accounts.
