<p><strong>Spotlight</strong> is a keyboard-first command palette that puts everything on daily.dev one keystroke away. Hit <code>⌘K</code> (or <code>Ctrl+K</code>) and you’re in.</p>
<h2>Here’s what you can do</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Search everything in one place.</strong> Posts, squads, people, and tags. Results show up as you type, right inside the palette.</li>
<li><strong>Run actions without leaving the keyboard.</strong> Toggle dark mode, open settings, create a new post, submit feedback. All from the same input.</li>
<li><strong>Scope your search.</strong> Filter by Posts, Squads, People, or Tags using the chips below the input.</li>
<li><strong>Recently used commands.</strong> Spotlight remembers your last 8 commands and surfaces them at the top so your most-used actions are always one tap away.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Works everywhere</h2>
<p>Spotlight adapts to your screen. On desktop you get the full modal with keyboard shortcuts. On mobile it slides up as a drawer so you can search and act with one thumb.</p>
<p>The trigger sits right where the old search bar used to be, so muscle memory carries over. Same spot, way more power.</p>
<h2>How to try it</h2>
<p>Press <code>⌘K</code> (Mac) or <code>Ctrl+K</code> (Windows/Linux) from anywhere on daily.dev. Or tap the search bar in the header. That’s it.</p>
