<p>It was so much simpler back in the day… you started from Scratch, then realized no matter how majestic Scratch was, it wasn’t a full programming language. Then you moved to HTML, CSS, and vanilla JS, a choice you would curse at for the rest of your life. Then you moved to Python, and just when you thought, “Hey, I finally got the hang of it,” TypeScript comes out with a huge blast of users, and you curse at yourself again… Wait, no, back in the day was worse.</p>
