Railway is hosting a community hackathon from August 6–11, 2025. Participants must build a Railway project, create a template from it, and write content showcasing the project. All valid submissions receive $25 in Railway credits. Winners are selected by the Railway team and community votes, with cash prizes of $1,000 (1st), $500 (2nd), and $200 (3rd) available in two categories: template sophistication and content depth. Suggested project ideas include MLOps, AI/LLM integrations, headless CMS deployments, and Next.js/Python/Laravel apps.
