Map Features in OpenStreetMap with Computer Vision

Mozilla.ai released the OpenStreetMap AI Helper Blueprint, a framework aimed at enhancing mapping with computer vision models. The Blueprint supports creating datasets, finetuning object detection models like YOLOv11, and contributing results back to OpenStreetMap. The AI assists with identifying and outlining map features, significantly speeding up the process while maintaining human verification for accuracy.
