You all know Github issues. HuBoard is a tool giving more features to manage them, including a very helpful Kanban board. Here is how I’ve been using it.

A developer shares how they use GitHub Issues combined with HuBoard to manage project workflows in a startup environment. HuBoard adds a Kanban board layer on top of GitHub Issues, using labels to define issue states (Backlog, Todo, Going, On Staging, Ready For Prod, On Prod). The setup allows drag-and-drop state changes, priority ordering, and assignment filtering, while keeping everything synced with GitHub. HuBoard is free for public repos, paid for private ones, and also open source for self-hosting.
