Each finding goes through multi-stage verification with false-positive filtering, severity ratings, and confidence scores before appearing in a dashboard for human review. No patches are applied without developer approval. The tool is backed by research showing Claude Opus 4.6 discovered over 500 previously undetected vulnerabilities in production open-source codebases.
