Anthropic is introducing role-based access controls (with SCIM support), group spend limits, expanded OpenTelemetry observability for SIEM pipelines, usage analytics via dashboard and API, per-tool MCP connector permissions, and a new Zoom MCP connector. Early adopters like Zapier, Jamf, and Airtree are using Cowork across non-engineering teams for workflows like performance reviews, board prep, and bottleneck analysis.
