InterceptSuite/ProxyBridge: Redirect any Windows TCP and UDP traffic to HTTP/Socks5 proxy

ProxyBridge is an open-source Windows tool that transparently redirects TCP and UDP traffic from specific processes through SOCKS5 or HTTP proxies. Operating at the kernel level using WinDivert, it enables proxy routing for applications that don't natively support proxies, offering both GUI and CLI interfaces with granular per-application traffic control rules. Unlike similar tools, it fully supports UDP proxy routing alongside TCP, allowing users to route, block, or allow traffic based on process names, IP addresses, ports, and protocols.
