Just remove HTML, SQL and Shell. They are considered not programming languages.

How can one measure popularity anyhow. If its from stackoverflow you can argue JS is on top cuz people have the most problems with it. And even if we have a source that uses a good range of different people the question is still how is popularity connected to “good to learn”. If you wanna create games you aint gonna learn js just cuz its more popular at stackoverflow. Slightly intresting to devs and misleading to beginners.
