i have used ngrok and cloudflare tunnel which are free and also vscode provides port forwarding if you are logged in with github account and that is also easy to setup and free.

What’s the difference between this and just setting up Nginx? Aren’t there pretty easy to use services like Nginx Proxy Manager? I don’t quite get it.
