LocalStack has launched App Inspector, a new feature that lets developers visually debug applications running in a simulated AWS environment on their local machines. It generates visual representations of data flows between AWS services, event execution paths, and resource dependencies, reducing the need to push fixes to staging servers in the cloud. The tool aims to reduce friction in local development workflows, especially as AI-generated code increases in volume. LocalStack also plans to add Azure emulation support later this year.
